School of Environmental Sciences came into existence in 1995 as a centre of learning in the frontier of areas of environmental sciences. It is one of the premier departments for advanced environmental studies under Mahatma Gandhi University. The major mandate of the school is to develop appropriate technologies and skilled human resources for conservation of nature, pollution prevention, sustainable utilization and management of natural resources for development.
Applications are invited for the Short Term Course in GeoInformatics .Applications can be send throughout the year. Filled-in application forms should reach the prescribed address along with a DD of Rs. 100/- (in addition to the registration fee Rs. 150/-) drawn in favour of the Director, SES, M. G. University payable at SBT, M. G. University Campus Branch as the cost of application form.Click here to download Brochure.Those who want to reserve their seats while applying itself should send a single DD of Rs.1,250/- (100 + 150 + 1000); Rs. 1,000/- is the amount that is paid from the course fee in advance to book the seat, provided the qualifications are matching with the requirement. This arrangement is due to the admission policy of 'First-Come First Serve'
